Primo Estate NV Primo Secco, $20
It’d be hard to think of a better way to celebrate la dolce vita than with this Italian-inspired bubbly from McLaren Vale winery, Primo Estate. Great value at the price, it’s a tribute to the sparkling wines of Italy’s Veneto region. Very dry with a light fizz, it has crisp apple notes and a lemony acidity that makes it a good match with light seafood dishes. Oh, and it goes perfectly in a Bellini cocktail. Saluti!
