Winemaker Cath Oates has some fantastic old cool-climate vineyards to work with, and as she previously worked in New Zealand, where Sauvignon Blanc reigns supreme, it’s hardly surprising that she’s doing good things with this popular variety. It’s crisp and lively with gentle passionfruit and citrus flavours, and is perfect to have with fish and chips or while chilling out on the deck.
