You might have to hunt to find this wine as it’s available from the cellar door and selected on-premise only. But you’ll be richly rewarded if you do. This Spanish variety is traditionally blended with Tempranillo but South Australian producer, Bremerton, has chosen to do it as a single varietal. The Graciano from its Langhorne Creek vineyard is soft with a little bit of spice and wonderfully vibrant cherry flavours. We sipped and supped it with pulled pork that had been simmering nicely in a slow cooker all day; the pork and the wine were worth the wait.
