Fiano is a white Italian wine grape variety that you see a lot of in southern Italy and it should be enjoyed here just as you would there – chilled and served alongside delicious food. With notes of lemon and honey, it has a bright, fresh acidity and a little nuttiness, all characters that blend seamlessly with the flavours of Italy.
