Friday Food Tip: an easy dessert.

Steak with garlic butter: Soften butter then mix with crushed garlic, chopped herbs, and salt and pepper. Place on baking paper, roll into a sausage and chill. When steak is cooked to your liking, take a slice of the garlic butter and serve on top of the sizzling steak.
