Friday Food Tip: roasted bananas.

Roasted bananas: In a large bowl, toss 4 chopped bananas (speckled but not too brown), 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Line a shallow pan with baking paper and spread the banana mixture onto it. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a 200 deg C oven, or until caramelized.
