Friday Food Tip: how to get the best out of chia seeds

Incredibly easy parmesan biscuits: Place tablespoons of freshly grated, good quality parmesan cheese on oven trays lined with baking paper. Bake in a moderate oven (180°C; 160°C fan-forced) for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with black pepper and cool on trays until crisp. Great with drinks, in salads, on pasta or with risotto.
