Rosemary and Raspberry Dressing: Combine 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary, ¼ cup raspberry vinegar, 1 garlic clove, 1 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns, 1 cup oil and a pinch of salt. This can be used as either a salad dressing or as a marinade for lamb, beef or chargrilled vegetables.
