For a great start to the day, blend together 3 frozen ripe bananas (peeled and chopped), 2 cups soy milk, ¼ cup ground almonds, the zest and juice of one and a half limes, and a pinch of cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. This mixture will serve four.
