Did you know that it’s easy to freeze pomegranate seeds? Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with cling wrap then put them in the freezer for an hour or two. Once they’re frozen solid, slide them into a snap-lock bag and place them in the freezer, where they will keep for a few months. Australian-grown pomegranates are currently a good buy, so it makes sense to put some away now.
