FoodLogoThai Salmon and Vegetables: Chop Asian herbs (eg. coriander, Vietnamese mint, kaffir lime leaves), fresh ginger and chilli to taste. Smother on top of salmon fillets, add a dash of soy sauce and wrap in baking paper. Steam in an Asian steamer. Serve with steamed carrots, snow peas and broccolini that have been topped with a mixture of sesame oil, ketjap manis and toasted sesame seeds.
