FoodLogoTo make a dipping sauce for fresh Vietnamese rolls, fry half a teaspoon of crushed garlic then add 3 to 4 teaspoons of hoisin sauce. Stir in 150mL of water and 1 teaspoon of peanut butter. Top with chopped nuts.
