Give spring onions a Japanese flavour by slicing 3 of them lengthways and frying in 2 teaspoons of sesame oil for a few minutes, before adding 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, a tablespoon of sesame seeds, and a sprinkling of Japanese shichimi togarashi (7-spice seasoning).
