Friday Food Tip #37

FoodLogoPeaches and cream for two: Chop 2 peaches in half, remove the seeds and replace with a mixture of 3 tablespoons of icing sugar, a tablespoon of unsalted butter and 3 tablespoons of chopped nuts. Sprinkle the juice of half a lime over, then bake in a 200 degree C oven for 10 minutes. Top with crème fraiche to serve.
