Put 1/3 cup agave syrup, finely grated zest and juice of half an orange, 2 tablespoons dark rum and 1 teaspoon curry powder in a saucepan, bring to boil then lower the heat and reduce to about 1/3 of a cup. Whisk in some butter then use the mixture to pan-fry pineapple slices. Great with seafood or as an unusual dessert.
