FoodLogoLife is a bowl of cherries from Young, NSW. Cherries are a great addition to summer salads, desserts and festive dishes. For delicious Cherry Baked Brie, boil 2/3 cup of pitted cherries, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 cup of water for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, place a medium-sized double cream Brie in the oven for a few minutes until it softens. Toast 1 cup of pecans. Remove Brie from oven and top with pecans and cherry syrup.
