For a refreshing drink, place 3 x 250g punnets of strawberries in a blender until smooth. Strain into a jug (reserving the pulp for something else), add 1 1/3 cups fresh lemon juice and ½ cup caster sugar. Stir until sugar has dissolved then stir in 1 litre of chilled mineral water. Serve over ice, garnished with slices of lemon and strawberry if you wish.
