Frosé: Chop 250g strawberries and combine in a bowl with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 teaspoons sugar. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then whiz in a blender with 4 cups crushed ice and ½ bottle of chilled Rosé. When smooth, spoon into 8 glasses and top with the remaining ½ bottle of Rosé. Garnish with strawberry.
