For an easy chocolate sauce, place the contents of a 280g packet of marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl, sift ¼ cup cocoa powder over, add ¼ cup milk and microwave on High, stirring every 30 seconds, for 1½ minutes or until marshmallows have melted. Stand for a few minutes before serving.
