Friday Food TipFoodLogoGlaze for salmon: Combine 10g miso paste, 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika, and 1 tablespoon water, then use to paint fish. Place fish on an oiled grilling tray. Grill under high heat. Serve with stir-friend vegetables and noodles: garlic, ginger, spring onions, chilli, noodles (dried rice noodles that have been covered with boiling water & drained), bean sprouts and coriander.
