Express oats for a healthy breakfast: Combine ¼ cup instant oats, 235ml low-fat milk, 1 tablespoon sliced almonds, ½ teaspoon powdered ginger, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed in a bowl and microwave for two minutes. Pour 3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yoghurt over, and serve.
