For a nice topping for steamed broccolini, quickly fry 2 thinly sliced garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon rind, a finely chopped chilli and 4 chopped anchovies in a little olive oil, then add ¼ cup chopped natural almonds. Remove from heat, add a squeeze of lemon juice and scatter over cooked broccolini.
