Soy-glazed salmon: Combine 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil and black pepper, pour over two 180g salmon fillets and allow to marinate for 10 minutes. Grill, then serve on top of stir-fried vegetables and noodles.
